We have had Toastation for over a year, and have yet to have any problems with it. We use it at least a few times a week. It works like a charm as both a toaster (including bagels) and a toaster oven. We frequently use it to cook frozen items (such as chicken breasts or fish filets) and use it to toast regular as well as frozen bread and bagels. The fact that it will do frozen items is a huge time-saver and a great aspect of this little multi-tasker.
The only complaint I have is very minor: if you want to pop toast out early, there's no way to raise the lever like on many toasters. Your only option is to unplug the machine. Other than that, I'm a happy camper.
I would definitely recommend this product.
