This oven is sturdier than most others we looked at, yet has a smaller "footprint" and a better price. I can't say enough good things about it. The coating on the metal baking pan and crumb tray makes it a breeze to clean. We use it several times a day; it heats up quickly and gives food a much better flavor and consistency than when reheating in a microwave. The rack is versatile, as are the settings. Very straightforward, nothing complicated. The top of the oven does get quite hot, which is actually fine, as we use it to warm plates while the food is cooking - just be sure to use oven mitts when handling the plates. Speaking of oven mitts, be careful when removing the rack, because it's easy to catch your mitt on fire if you touch a heating element! I highly recommend this toaster oven. It's changed the way we cook.

This toaster oven can accommodate a chicken or other full size entreesA kitchen essential in kitchens both small and large, this toaster oven is large enough to roast a 5-pound chicken or toast six slices of thick bread. It can be used for baking pies, cookies, and casseroles; for broiling fish, steaks, and burgers; and for toasting bagels and English muffins as well as browning gratins and cobblers. Its nonstick interior wipes clean with a cloth and its crumb tray is removable for quick cleaning. The oven offers baking temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees F.
