I have had a similar style ice cream maker in the past, but what interested me is how small this ice cream maker is. It is nice that it takes up less space in the freezer and only about 15 minutes to make. (My previous ice cream maker was 2 qts and took about an hour.) Smaller servings are better and if you need more, then you have a second bowl to make a separate flavor in. It is a fun family activity.
