Customer Review: Lots of fun-easy to use and clean

One of my biggest criteria for any product is not if it is the greatest but is it user friendly and simple enough that I am inclined to use it instead of letting it collect dust. We have an expensive old fashion ice cream churn with electric motor and large vessel and strong plastic housing but to use it you must use lots of ice and rock salt and then the disposal of the salty water is hard on pipes and grass(don't pour salt water on grass) and takes up a lot of room. This little jewel is small, can be left on the counter in the space of a small blender and is a breeze to use and clean up. We keep ice cream ingredients in the fridge all the time cause on the spur of the moment we can throw together the ingredients,(3 minutes or less) pull the freezing vessel out of the freezer and put it in the housing and add the top with blade,(1 minute) then turn it on and pour in the ingredients (1 minute) then 30-40 minutes later have freshly made softserve to eat for dessert. Takes no more than 5 minutes to clean and most of that is scooping the ice cream out of the vessel(it freezes pretty hard in the bottom). Quick, easy to operate, easy to clean and makes delicious ice cream, flavors of which are only limited by your imagination. What more could you ask for!! We were lucky enough to purchase on sale @ $20 from Amazon but I'd buy it again for $40 if something happened to this one, it's just that good.
